   Make A Wish of Wyoming

To be eligible to receive a wish from our chapter, a child:
must be between the ages of 2.5 and 18 (referred before their 18th birthday – we don’t have to grant the wish by their 18th birthday, though) must have a critical illness that is placing his/her life in jeopardy at the time of the referral to our chapter
must not have already received a wish from Make-A-Wish or another wish-granting organization
